What types of manufacturing services do you provide?

We provide both OEM and ODM services. You can provide your tech packs or customize our white-label designs.

Can I customize hardware and specific materials for my bags?

Yes, we offer fully bespoke hardware molding and source premium materials ranging from Italian leather to sustainable vegan alternatives.

Do I need a complete Tech Pack to start a sample?

No, it’s not required. Our in-house designers can translate your sketches or reference photos into production-ready designs.

MOQ, sampling, and payment terms.

What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

Our standard MOQ is typically 100 to 300 pieces per style/color, depending on design complexity and material availability.

How much does a prototype cost and how long does it take?

Sampling takes 7-10 working days. The sample fee is fully refundable upon placing a bulk order meeting our MOQ.

What are your standard payment terms?

Our standard payment terms are a 30% T/T deposit before production, and the 70% balance prior to shipment.

We are a fully audited manufacturing partner holding active BSCI, ISO 9001, SGS, and GRS certifications.

How do you ensure quality during bulk production?

We enforce a rigorous 3-step QC process: incoming material checks, inline quality control, and 100% final inspection before packaging.

Can your materials pass EU REACH or California Proposition 65 testing?

Yes, we source compliant materials upon request and can coordinate third-party lab testing for REACH and Prop 65 standards.

What is your average lead time for bulk production?

Standard bulk production takes 25 to 35 working days after the final sample is approved and deposit is received.

What shipping incoterms do you support?

We support EXW, FOB (Guangzhou/Shenzhen), and DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) via air or sea freight to your warehouse.

Do you offer custom retail packaging services?

Yes, we can produce and assemble custom dust bags, branded tissue paper, hangtags, and rigid retail gift boxes.
